These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our aviation agent system and platform services. By signing up or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration and Limitations
• Registration and a valid subscription or credit balance are required to use specific features, including the AI chat functions.
• This service does not guarantee permanent or unlimited free access. We reserve the right to restrict access, mandate user sign-ups, or require account upgrades to paid tiers based on usage volume.
2. Paid Services, Billing, and Cancellation
• All premium plans and credit purchases are processed in USD or JPY.
• Billing operations are securely executed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
• Plan modifications, subscription management, and cancellations must be performed directly by the user through the Stripe Customer Portal provided within the application.
3. Disclaimers and AI-Generated Content
• All data, aviation news, and AI-generated responses provided by this service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, regulatory changes, or any financial losses resulting from the use of information provided by this platform. Always verify schedules with official airline primary sources.
4. Prohibited Conduct
• You may not engage in data scraping, bot operations, or any automated data extraction to harvest information from this platform.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or placing excessive loads on our core server infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
5. AI Assessment, Abuse Detection, and Enforcement
• By using the service, you agree that the AI system has the right to check content you submit and related service usage to detect suspected violations of these Terms and abuse of our platform. This applies to access through the website, API keys, and other supported interfaces.
• AI can refuse requests and flag suspected violations for limited human review. An AI flag or refusal does not automatically establish a violation or result in account suspension.
• Depending on the nature, severity, context, and potential impact of the activity, we reserve the right to take no further action, issue a warning, restrict access, or suspend an account. Account suspension requires a decision by an authorized human reviewer.
• A refused request ordinarily requires no further action unless the activity indicates potential harm to others, abuse of the platform, or another material risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law.
